  • Challan payments
  • Pollution certificate checks
  • Vehicle QR code generation
  • Insurance policy purchases
  • Credit card applications (processed via partner providers)

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Transaction: If you are charged more than once for the same transaction.
  • Failed Transaction: If a payment was made, but the service (e.g., recharge, bill payment) was not delivered.
  • Technical Error: If a transaction failed due to a system error or payment gateway issue.
  • Cancelled Insurance Purchase: Subject to the insurer's cancellation and refund terms.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 3 days of the transaction with the following details:

  • Transaction ID
  • Registered email or mobile number
  • Screenshot or proof of payment (if available)
  • Description of the issue

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing time.

4. Non-Refundable Services

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Correctly processed transactions
  • Errors due to incorrect information entered by the user (e.g., wrong mobile number or vehicle details)
  • Delays caused by third-party service providers
  • Services already availed or consumed

5. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute regarding a refund, you can raise a ticket on website/application Rebatedekho. We aim to resolve all refund disputes in a fair and timely manner.
